Notes

Includes warm up and cool down (10 minutes). 400m repeats 10 times. I was really consistent until the few final two or three when I started getting 1:45. I felt fairly well in the beginning, but the last few were gradually getting harder and I felt slower too. My right Achilles started to get tight and my leg felt uncomfortable. It felt similar to how my left hip began to hurt and then resulted in my hip hurting. My left hip did not hurt at all today. I hope my right hip doesn’t develop it as well. I stretched extra this evening because that’s what seemed to help my left hip. I think I could have done a few more repeats, but I think they would have been consistently around 1:45.
