Notes

WTC Training Run.

Used less than 10 oz H2O on first 8 miles. 1.5 Roctane

Used about 1 liter on second 12 miles. 1/2 clif bar, 1/2 nut butter gel, 1 2nd surge at 2:40.

Finish

Ham and Lentil Soup good!

Coke poured in cup Good.

Beer GREAT.

After 5 minutes felt like i could run again.
