Notes: Tried to beat Janae's 185 watts and ended up with a PR for 20 minutes! I was hanging around 195 from the very beginning and was able to maintain or exceed it until the last 1 minute cooldown. Felt great! Made sure to get a Clif bar before the ride, so plenty of energy.
