Was surprising really good even thought I didn’t even know if I was gonna make it through my warmup mile. Note to self: never eat at a random time then fall asleep then try to do a threshold, it’s not fun. My pace was a little behind the first few minutes but I was able to pick it up a lot the second half and get 5 seconds under pace(7:55). I feel like this workout might be good to remember during racing that I can still push myself even when I don’t feel great.
