Pace-about 8:03 I think
I feel like my breathing was pretty controlled throughout and looking back I probably should have gone a little bit faster(maybe 7:50ish pace) but my legs were pretty sore(note to self this was the day you fell the down the stairs yay). Also, I forgot that the second half of thresholds are ten times easier mentally for me. I kind of slowed up the first half and was just real unmotivated cause I was thinking the beginning would be the better part and if this was gonna get any worse than I should just quit then.
