Notes
At Rock Springs Park, just doing 2. Haven't run in a few days. Tried to run Saturday at the Peachtree Ridge HS track, but it seems they were having a 5k there. Stopped at Publix but smelled a bad hot oil on metal kind of smell. I smelled it a bit after I got back to my garage, so thought it might be from my car. So, I didn't run Sunday since I didn't want to get stranded somewhere, and didn't run Monday either. Ran today, but didn't notice the odor. Tried new shoes, and a size 11 with thick socks, but I don't think I can wear the thick socks with these.
