Treadmill at work. Was wearing these new slipper/socks on which I can't attach a foot pod and forgot to use the foot pod/strap combo. Just a 6 mile recovery run on my SRD. At the start of mile 3 I started at least hitting the lap button on the Garmin, so that the first lap is about 2 miles and the rest are about 1 mile.
