61F 34%H 32DP, At River Green. Was supposed to do 3(1.0w0.375r) but got GI issues after two of them. Probably just as well; that third one might have done me in. As it was, the start of each of those faster miles was hill assisted. Had planned to do the faster miles at 9:20, but went faster than that at the start with the hill assists and then essentially tried to hang on and stay under the 9:20 for the rest of the mile. Kinda cheating I guess. Elevation loss for that first mile was 47 feet and 36 for the second. Based on my recent 5k my 10k pace is supposed to be 9:30 but I wanted to try 9:20 for today's exercise. It's hard to believe how slow I've gotten.
