77F 78%H 73DP, At the Silver Comet. Could have gotten here a bit earlier to have helped out slightly with the heat. Met sramaley from Runner's World out on the course. He was cycling and then met him again when he went out for a run as soon as his cycling endeavour was done. Actually did better than expected by getting the average pace down below 12:00. legs felt tired though. Need more miles.
