68F 95%H 67DP, at River Green just an easy 6. Wore the Merrell Vapor Glove and it didn't bother my fifth metatarsal so all was good. The others, Terri, Michelle Black and Michelle Edwards were already out there running. I was only 2 minutes late, but they must have gotten a good 10 minute head start. I think I'll go back to the track for the 6 mile runs. No hills and a smoother surface. River Green is pretty rough.
