Notes
At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway doing 10 easy, with Temp 73, Dew Point 66, TDP 139 = 1.029 * 10:30 = 10:48. For miles 2 through 9 did: average pace: 10:42.4, avg HR: 114.7, but it was going up each mile.
Yesterday had three glasses of Solyent with 3 bananas and 1 full cup of oatmeal. Also had one "serving" of pasta. Seems to have worked out OK energywise.
Note that the 920xt registered 10.22 miles with a pace of 10:57, so 5 seconds off per mile.
