At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway, doing 1wu+10MP, using a heat adjusted MP of 9:44. Namely, car said it was 76F = 14 degrees to add on to my MP of 9:30, giving 9:44.
For the 10 MP miles, avg pace: 9:44.6, avg HR: 131.9, Average cadence 182 !!!! Interesting. It seems I had the metronome "music" on 179 instead of 178 which would have given me a cadence of 180. Kind of think maybe I should keep it this way.
