85F 58%H 69DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway, W2D3, 10w8x10s. Had a good run. Was just trying to keep it at 10 and trying to stay anaerobic at the same time. Did a talk test at either 133 or 134 and it was ok. Don't believe that mile 6 that says my pace was 10:20. I handled the heat ok. Satisfied with this one today.
