At the Alpharetta Big Creek greenway, doing 8 easy. Went out too fast again and got burned. The heat adjustment called for 11:09, but I was doing around 10:40. Miles 6, 7 & 8 including some walking. When will I ever learn? I just have to slow it down in the heat and abide by the heat adjustment.
