78F 54%H 60DP, at the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Started off pretty well, faster than yesterday, but by 3 miles my quads were burning. Was afraid of hurting myself if I continued, so I slowed it down for the three mile return trip. Plus, Michelle E. had expressed an interest in running tomorrow morning. (With a bit of luck maybe she'll forget about it.)
