88F 60%H 74DP At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Was supposed to do 12, but only did 6. My legs were sore and it was hot. Since it is an out and back, if I went out and then wanted to stop I wouldn't be able to because I would have to come back to the car. It also took me 49 minutes to get home, because of traffic. I guess if I do go over there, I need to stay longer to let more traffic die down.
