Just a treadmill run. Supposed to be a recovery run. Went slow the first 2 laps then at marathon pace for a lap (9:40) and then slowed it down. This was to check cadence and it was 90. I think I was listening to "speedfreak" at this point. But I had a music change with about a half a lap left, so I sped it up back up to 9:40 so I could check the cadence. I see from the GarminConnect graph that it only shows 89. I think this was "overground", so I'll check it when I get home.
