Notes

Treadmill at Workout Anytime. Did usual slow first mile as a warmup and then set the speed to 6.1 = 10:50 for miles 2 through 6, and did a mile cooldown for the last mile. This is the first treadmill run using the 310xt, a refurb return from Garmin, and it seems not to have retained the date from my last outside run. The date showed as 03/31/2007.
