68F 97%H 67DP, At the Silver Comet with Terri We were lucky to miss the rain. Went into afib after about 1 1/2 miles and that pretty much killed the rest of the run. I just slowed way down, but even then I still had to do some walking the last 4 - 5 miles. The afib didn't end until after I got home.
