At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway doing 8 easy.
This data is from the 920xt because I couldn't get the 310xt data uploaded.
920xt showed 8.24 miles, so changed it to show the 310xt distance of 8.30.
The 310xt intervals were: 12:00, 10:42, 10:47, 10:31, 10:56, 10:36, 10:41, 10:30 = 10:40.4 average pace, with average HR of 113.4 and average max heart rate of 116. Surpirised my HR was so low for this "faster" easy pace.
Notice 8.30/8.24 = 1.0073 to use in the future to change 920xt data to 310xt data for recording purposes.
