At Rock Springs Park and only did 4 miles because of my high heart rate. I was using a 170 cadence but trying to increase my stride length. I did a bit and it did make me go faster, but really increased my heart rate. So, I backed off and only did the tree miles at pace.
AVP: 10:02.0, AHR 140, T74, DP 72.2, TDP 146.2, ASL 0.94 m168-c170 HAP: 9:40.
But the last mile at a pace of 9:56 had a heart rate of 145. Geez.....
