79F 85%H 74DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Don't know why I was so slow today. Had wanted to average under 11:00 mpm. After the warm up mile I was fine until mile 5 which always seems slow and then just gave it up afterwards. Seems i was putting in the same energy as prior run, but was much slower. Only got about 5 hours of sleep last night, but don't know if that is related.
