50F 49%H 32DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Did a time trial today, just trying to see if I could beat 10:00 mpm over the 10 mile distance. I made it, but it certainly wasn't easy. I also didn't go quite to the end but stopped a bit after I had finished my 10 miles instead of going up that rise near the end of the run. I may not have visited barf city, but I was definitely in the coughing suburbs. My weight was also higher after eating Karen's evil cookies.
