59F 47%H 38DP, At Rock Springs Park. Left training early since it was just lab work. Then was unable to log on from home to download the sample exercises that I wanted. The Training on Garmin was screwed up. Looks like it downloaded the paces in metric, so the run was in two parts. This one is fixed but the GarminConnect one is screwed up. Protocol was 2wu+4MP+2cd. For a while I was trying to hit a pace of 10:20 instead of my intended MP of 10:30, but my heart rate hit 128 and I didn't really want it going above 127. Used PODRunner at 171. Heart rate looks kind of screwy. Perhaps I should tighten the strap before my next one.
