At the Peachtree Ridge HS tracking doing 8 easy with 8x0.07s. No one else out there. It was windy, but I was dressed ok with the neck warmer, warm gloves and knit hat down over my ears. I was quite comfy. The strides even seemed easy. Probably because I didn't do my long run yesterday and only did 2.25 on Saturday.
Average pace for the strides is 7:21.5.
