69F 71%H 59DP, At River Green with Michelle E, Terri, Katie, Earl and for the first time with Roosevelt. Ran the first lap with Michelle and the second one by myself. It's hard to believe that this is my fastest run over 6 miles at River Green since over a year ago when I did 11 with Terri. Heart rate played nicely today. The temperature/dew point was so nice that it almost felt chilly. The first piece that I was listening to on PodRunner was awful. I never could find the beat. If you look at my pace for the first portion of the run you can see what I mean. The rest of the podcast was good though. I think I'll try to just cut off the first item and keep the rest. Real happy with today's run. Hope this is an indication that my times will continue dropping. Also, I slit the back of the left shoe on my Mizuno Wave Universe 4 shoes. I had been getting a blister on my left heel. The heel on these shoes is higher than it is on the Mizuno Wave Universe 3 shoes which are no longer available. This seems to have corrected the problem.
