At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway, doing 8 easy. I way overdressed. I shouldn't have worn a jacket and shouldn't have worn mittens -- perhaps gloves at best. Also took the wrong watch. Legs also felt heavy after last night's MP run, and I didn't get a full 24 hour off time since that run. So, I just took it easy.
Highest mileage (65.93) in 9 weeks, since my highest mileage week of 81.14.
