At the Peachtree Ridge HS track doing 5 easy, namely 1wu+4@10:30 using Virtual Partner again. Seems I was a bit too fast, especially if the temp is factored in. Heart rate was way too high for this slow pace. Must be because I'm not recovered from the marathon this past Sunday.
