At Rock Springs park intending to do 9 and use HRBT 110, but met Beth who turned around to run with me, so I had to run a lot faster than I was intending. She was only doing 2 or 3 miles, so since my workout was already screwed, I just finished at the same time she did.
Interestingly, I notice a 10:34 mile at HR 126, and a 10:02 at 128. Anyway, back to regular training tomorrow.
