48F 82%H 43DP, At the Peachtree Ridge HS track. Wasn't in the mood to go faster. I was the only one out there on kind of a gray and breezy day. Needed 14.xx to get a PR in distance for the year, so did a bit over half of it.
I was concerned with initial heart rate spikes, but it turned out to be equipment related.
