47F 55%H Windy. MP 15m 12@MP is what I was supposed to do. Not a good day. Had tachycardia events probably due to all of the coffee I was drinking yesterday Seems I made the yummy stuff way too strong.. I had to end up run/walking just 5k and then pulled the plug.
