72F 82%H 66DP At River Green, met up with a bunch of people at 0530 for National Running Day. I ran one lap and then waited for Tim & Michelle who were to start at 0630. Tim came and started and then I started before Michelle and Daisy Dog got there. I was soaking wet and getting cold so I had to take off and start running again. Just did a little more than an additional two miles. Turned around before the hill. Heart rate stayed pretty low but I had no energy in the legs. I may have self cardioverted shortly after getting up this morning.
