91F 47%H 68DP, at the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Wanted to do 2wu+6MP+2cd, but tried 10:30 for MP, and did 2wu+6@10:14+2cd with average HR of 128.8. For a desired 9:30 pace, a 91F would make the equivalent pace 10:04, so only 10 seconds off what I actually did, equal to 5 pounds, so quite a success for a not flat surface. Plus Garmin always cheats me some distance.
Used Podrunner 175 - 178 cadence. This seemed OK for the 10:30 attempted pace, but actually made me go a bit faster.
