89F 53%H 69DP, at the Peachtree Ridge HS track, supposed to do 8w8x10s, but only did 6w4x10s. Just too hot and humid, plus I have to do early morning intervals, so I backed off. I had planned to do a pace around 11, but no way in hell with that heat and dew point.
