At the Peachtree Ridge HS track, doing 6 easy with TDP of 156, but ignored heat offset today and just targeted 10:30 which I did without issue. Just noticed however that my heart rate, both average and max, went up each lap. The sun was in and out and ended up out so that may have had something to do with it. Stopped and got a LG G4 on the way to run.
