71F 68%H 60DP, at Rock Springs Park. Had to wait for pest control to spray outside and to keep critters off the grass. Finally Scruffy came in, so then I could go run. Was supposed to do 8w8x10s, but only halfheartedly ran the first 4 of the intervals, using 113 meters as the interval distance. Don't think I had much in the way of carbs yestrday, so gave up on the intervals.
