56F 31%H 26DP, at the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Just an easy 8 on legs that are tired from yesterday. Was maintaining a PodRunner 177 after the warmup mile but only held if for 3 miles and then slowed down during the 5th mile. Come to think of it, I don't think I had any carbohydrates yesterday.
