73F 96%H 72DP, At the Silver Comet. My running partner had to cancel out, so instead of 8 miles I reverted to the original plan to do 10. Also, it rained last night and I wanted to try out my new running shoes, so I opted not to risk a muddy or flooded Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway and went over to the Silver Comet instead. I did get a blister on my left heel. That doesn't bode well for these shoes. I was able to hold it a bit under 11 mpm. That may be all I can hope for in Berlin. I don't think there is really enough time for me to bring my time down before these fall marathons.
