56F 57%H 41DP At River Green, a beautiful day for a run. Heart rate was way high before I started, so didn't think I was going to be able to finish. But, it was a lot easier than having a heart rate that drops to 60 bpm during the middle of a run. One difference between today and before the ablation procedure is that even though it was high when I started it didn't continue climbing up into the 160s and higher. So it stayed in a range that allowed continued running. It only went into the 150s at the end because I pushed the pace a bit near the end. With this kind of HR I'll be able to run the half marathon on Thanksgiving. Think I'll test it with a 10 miler on Sunday. All in all, my HR for this run was about 25 bpm higher than normal.
