74F at Workout Anytime, was supposed to do 2wu+10PR+2cd, but did 2wu+8PR+0.25cd = 10.25 miles. The new footpod that I was using for the first time today gave me a low battery warning before I even started. It then died while I was running. My shoes started squeaking on the treadmill. I think what happened is that they were wet. I may have sweat through them. Not sure if that is the cause or not, but these were the red Mizonos and the last time I had a problem it was with these same shoes.
