57F 87%H 52DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway, just an easy 8 since I was still so sore from yesterday. Passed Michelle & Joe Church going the other way just before the split path which was my turnaround point for 8 miles, so I picked up the pace to catch up with them. They were going a bit slow for me though, so didn't continue to run with them but rather met up with them in the parking lot.
