At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway, doing 8 easy without the strides because I have to be out so early tomorrow morning to do intervals. Just trying to beat the heat with a heat adjusted pace of 11:06, but managed 10:55.1 for miles 2 though 7 with an average HR of 125.3. HR kept going up over those miles. But the temp was 93 with a dew point of 68 with a feels like temp of 98 in bright sun. I'm gradually getting a bit better in the heat.
