35F 95%H 33DP, at the Silver Comet. Just a slowish long run. I was kinda cold. Couldn't find my Philips 16 gig mp3 player, so had to use the red one. I couldn't change directories, so just had to listen to easy listening. Maybe just as well. Didn't feel fast. Had that new car cup of coffee, a bagel (2 halves) with PB and one Immodium. Didn't have any GI issues, but did need to use the facilities as soon as I got home.
