58F 59%H 33DP, The Charles Harris 10k. It has some good downhills but also some uphills. The ones near the end pretty much did me in. Also, this doesn't have a downhill finish but rather an uphill, so can't finish as fast as I would have liked. Number was 42580. They actually had the results on results.active.com by the time I got home. As in previous runs of this race, I would do better starting off closer to the front. I do lose a lot of time because of congestion and slower runners in front of me. Did better than I thought I would but not as well as I was trying for. Wanted to get my pace below 09:00. Maybe in a couple of weeks at the Silver Comet 10k.
