49F 81%H 43DP, At Collins HS Track plan was to do 1 mile at 115 bps, 1 at 120 bps, 1 at 125 bps, 1 at 130 bps and 1 at 132 bps, but went into afib halfway through the 125 one. Stopped and stretched but it had no effect, so just jogged the rest of that mile, then picked up the pace to 9:00 mpm for the next mile and just took the rest of the run slowly.
