49F 27%H 16DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. The attempt today was to keep my heart rate at 122 after the first mile. Did ok until I did a face plant near the end of mile 7. I think that cold weather doesn't do me well. It is interesting to see how my pace kept getting faster as I started feeling warmer. I don't have anything else to which to attribute it.
