86F 75%H 77DP, 96HI at the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway, was just supposed to do 6 easy, but changed it to 10 since I didn't do my 18 this past Sunday. Trying to make up some of the miles. So, my target was 10:15 pace, and held that even with the heat.
