34F 66%H 24DP, At the Silver Comet. My bod must like this colder weather; I seem to be getting faster and faster. Today's protocol was 4wu+8@MP+3cd. I was trying 10:00 mpm as MP for the first time. I had no problem with it and actually kept that pace going after I had finished the 8 that was supposed to be at that speed.
HR played nicely. I'm beginning to think that the HR graph issues that I had last week were due to a loose HR strap. I've been losing weight so the strap may not have been as snug as it otherwise would have been. After tightening it up I haven't seen any more anomalies.
Guess I'll keep 10:00 as my new MP target for Virginia Beach. I'll have to see if I can handle the training with the associated other paces for 5k and 1/2MP that go along with that target MP.
