Notes
At the Silver Comet doing an 18 mile long run. I was much heaver than last week, +5.04 pounds to be exact. Had Richard's Fuel yesterday, some macaroni and cheese, onion rings, and potato slices from Krogers. Think is was mostly water weight. Went out kind of slow. Thought I was going faster than I was.
