34F 54%H 19DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Had wanted to do the usual 10.x mile loop, but there was just too much mud. Most of it was frozen at the start, but it was starting to thaw and get slippery. Right quad/hip was aching from last Saturday's fall; I had forgotten to take any Ibuprofen. I was with Steiner, so I cut it short and we went to the doggie park. Neither Publix nor Kroger were open on this Christmas day. :-(
